Artemis was born out of frustration.
In 2019, we started our own consulting firm and immediately ran into a wall: finding the right senior developers took forever. Sourcing candidates, identifying the right match, reaching out, following up; just to get a single interview took countless hours in front of a screen.
So we built the Artemis platform for ourselves. A tool that would handle the heavy lifting and let us spend our time where it actually mattered: in the room with great people.
Later, we realized we weren't the only ones drowning in spreadsheets and copy-pasted LinkedIn messages. So we opened it up.
